Unlike normal auctions your items are tastefully displayed for a month,  in a manner that allows buyers to properly examine them. This can only enhance your chances of getting the best market price for them.

They are displayed at a prestigious location with a good reputation and a wide ranging audience of customers.

At the end of each month all bids are assessed, sales completed and you are paid immediately (less our commission).

You can even choose to have a Reserve on your item that effectively is also a “BuyItNow” price if you wish.

Buying Goods in the Rolling Auction

Items will be on sale for 1 month. You can take your time. Assess them. Place your bid and even revise it if you want too. All bids are Private!

For those who want the item there & then some sellers may set a “BuyItNow” price – always ask at the desk!

At the end of each month the highest bidder takes the prize! So don’t miss out! Best of all THERE IS NO BUYERS PREMIUM!

Our extensive grounds and the beautiful interior features of the Hall create innumerable photographic opportunities whatever the weather. We also always invite all of our couples to return for more photographs another day if they wish.

Here at this Historic Lancashire Wedding Venue we are always looking for ways to make bridal couples dreams a reality.  Our Evening wedding Packages are not fixed in stone. We will look at your ideas and create an event just for you! With a panelled Ceremony Room, a relaxing snug complete with log fire in the winter and a reasonably priced bar you can’t find better surrounding for your evening.

Vintage weddings are all the rage!

Here at Heskin Hall we do lots of Vintage Weddings throughout the Spring and summer.  We are often asked however, how do we do a Vintage Wedding but in winter rather than summer?

Its an easy theme for summer but what about winter?  A bit stuck for ideas?  Look no further.

Your winter theme and your vintage theme are not mutually exclusive.  After all they had winter in the past too!

Treat yourselves and your guests to our delicious canapés and a celebratory drink whilst you make use of the Hall and its grounds for your photographs! They can even relax in our snug and bar whilst they await your arrival.  Bar prices are reasonable and our range of drinks extensive.

Group Visits and Coach Parties

Heskin Hall is a mecca for Group visits and Coach parties.  Its a Tudor Manor House with an Antiques Centre, ample grounds and a lovely cafe. Of course people like to come here! So if you are Looking for somewhere for your club or party why not try us?

Bring a group of 15 or more for lunch (2 course for £12pp) and we will throw in free admission and either, a talk about the Hall and its history; an Antiques talk or even a “roadshow” style session. We can guarantee that if your Group Visits us they will want to come again!

If you have a party of 30 or more we can drop this price to £8.50pp with a 1 course meal!

We have had many Group Visits and Coach Parties for U3As’ from all over the North West. They have enjoed numerous activities from the Historical to the Artistic and even just a shop! With a delightful freshly cooked meal involved you can be sure of a good day!
