We have decades of experience at planning & creating Weddings with couples.    Using it and solutions we have created with couples up to now, we have created an adaptable Special Offer package for dates available up to the end of May 2023. This gives you lots of options for Last Minute weddings Lancashire

We have broken the celebration down into constituent parts so you can opt for those you want or need and create your own day.

FAITH IN LOVE

This includes

  1. Exclusive use of our Function suite & the use of our grounds for photography
  2. Red Carpet on arrival (weather permitting)
  3. A Ceremony in our beautiful Ceremony room or outdoors ( woodland dell, front lawn or garden terrace lawn)
  4. Chair covers and bows on aisle chairs to colour chosen by you
  5. A Celebratory drink of Pimms or Bucks Fizz ( upgrade to a cocktail or bottled beer for an extra £3pp )  & some canapes served to up to 50 people whilst you & your guests enjoy your photography

Cost £695* extra guest £12pp

*If taken on its own your ceremony must be between 12noon -3pm to allow time for photography before end at 5pm latest

CELEBRATE THE LOVE

This includes

  1. Exclusive use of the Hall & grounds from 12-6pm
  2. a Wedding Breakfast – either 3 course or a Traditional Afternoon Tea ( with all the vintage crockery) 
  3. a glass of Prosecco for the Toast
  4. a choice of table centres
  5. in the main function room – our chair covers or chair caps, bows on chairs , cutlery, crockery etc..
  6. use of our sword for cutting the cake
  7. assistance with planning
  8. Wedding coordinator on site on the day to ensure all goes as planned

Cost – from £1500 for up to 50 guests on its own or £1000 if taken with Faith in Love Ceremony. Extra guests £40pp ( Saturdays £1750)

LETS PARTY

This is an evening reception and can be taken with either or both of the above or on its own

It includes

  1. Exclusive use of the Hall & grounds from c7pm – midnight
  2. Light supper or mini fish & chip cones or burgers ( vegetarian etc alternatives available)
  3. Bows on reception chairs   for up to 80 people

Cost – for up to 80 people £2450 ( extra guests £19pp)

ALTERNATIVELY

HEART TO HEART

A more relaxed option for those who want to avoid formality and the hassle of a table plan! Numbers are up to 80 throughout (extra guest can be added)

  1. Exclusive use of the Hall & Grounds
  2. Canapes and a celebratory drink of Pimms, Bucks
    Fizz or mulled wine (winter) served to you and your guests whilst you enjoy your photography
    in the spacious grounds
  3. A Buffet of 2 Hot dishes, some finger foods, a Cheese board with crackers & fruit & some desserts served at c.7.30/8pm
  4. All the reception room tables will be gowned with
    table linen
  5. Bows on reception room chairs
  6. Our House Dj
  7. Our Garden terrace is festooned with fairy lights &
    lanterns
  8. Our staff will set out any décor you may have
  9. Master of Ceremonies service from our wedding
    Coordinator
  10. Use of sword for cake cutting ceremony

Venues licensed for an Outdoor Wedding Ceremony in Lancashire are few and far between. Heskin Hall is a beautiful venue and has a number of options for you.

The Front Lawn

This offers not only plenty of room but also the backdrop of the beautiful front facade of this Historic Hall.

The Registrars use the portico at the front of the Hall. We fan out our gold chiavari chairs on the lawn with a large aisle and bows to your colour on the aisle chairs.

A music system and microphones mean your guest need not miss a word of your ceremony

The Garden Terrace Lawns

Our Wisteria and honeysuckle covered arch gazebo that marks the access from the garden terrace to the lawns. It makes a beautiful focal point for this site for your outdoor Ceremony in Lancashire.

Our chairs occupy both lawns to either side of the path that forms an aisle.

The Price Of Special Offer Wedding Packages

To Have and to Hold package for up to 50 day and 100 night start at £5950 for dates October to December 2024. Extra day guests can be added at £42pp and evening guests at £10pp

All that Twinkles Package starts at £4600 for dates October 2024 – end of January 2025. With additional guest at £19pp

As you will note when looking at suppliers the cost of the cars, cake, photographer is substantial! Add a bolt on package with Ceiling drapes, a choice of our table centres, cake , choice of car & photographer( examples below) from £1100! **limited dates

2020 has been challenge for all of us. We have lived its roller coaster ups and downs with our couples. Every step of the way we have listened and tried our best to give them the help and understanding they deserve. Some have gone ahead ( when possible) with some very beautiful and happy small celebrations that have had a charm of their own. Others we are looking forward to finally creating their happy day with this year.

After an awful year for all of those couples who have wanted to get married and for those of us who have been struggling to help them, all we can say is that this is something of a much needed boost.

If you are looking for  a Multicultural Wedding or Asian Wedding venue Heskin Hall is happy to work with you to incorporate traditional and cultural aspects into your day. We have years of experience in planning and executing weddings of all sorts of styles. We can cater in house both Halal and fusion menus or if you would like to use an outside caterer for religious reasons we do understand and can work with you on this.

Heskin Hall is a beautiful backdrop to any function. It can add a sense of history and style to you Multicultural Wedding or Asian Wedding. It is also very accessible. Central to most parts of the North West.

We also offer exclusive use so that you can enjoy privacy for you and your guests

Our main function room alone can seat c.120 for formal dining buffet style involving other rooms in the suit can take numbers to c.180/200.

For larger parties there is always the option for the hiring of a marquee to be placed on one of our spacious lawns. These start at c. £5000.

Muslim Weddings

We can cater for your Mendhi, Nikah & Walima in using our function suite of rooms in a manner agreed with you to best suit your requirements.

Hindu Weddings

We understand that Hindu Traditions have requirements all of their own & can adapt accordingly.

There are 2 entrances available if you wish to have the Baraat each side of the family arrive separately and can accommodate a fire pit & Mandap.

Advice on venue dressers is available as well as help to ensure that your day Traditional or Modern goes well

SIKH WEDDING

If you would like your Anand Karaj here we can do that . Our Ceremony room is licensed too so you could have both civil and religious ceremony if you wish.

We have a long drive for you Barat and of course would be happy to host your Langar either catering in house or with an outside caterer.

Set in our beautiful extensive woodland and named our “fairy dell” by some more poetic members of staff, we have put the finishing touches to this area.

Its a truly different place to hold your ceremony. A beautiful place for some  picturesque photo opportunities.  Our Fairy Dell setting at Heskin Hall is a great place for either. Better yet you do not have to trudge through a muddy field.  Granny and other family members can access this with ease.

Early spring brings daffodils, snow drops & finally bluebells bring joy to our “dell” adding a splash of colour to what is already a beautiful setting.  Large aged trees coated in ivy surround you. Areas of shade are broken by pools of light that drop through the canopy of leaves.

Allowing yourself to be surrounded by nature adds a special something to your Ceremony and your photography

So you can enjoy the best of both worlds. A venue for your Ceremony that is different and can reflect your personality and your reception in our beautiful Hall with all its added comfort for your guests
