We have decades of experience at planning & creating Weddings with couples.    Using it and solutions we have created with couples up to now, we have created an adaptable Special Offer package for dates available up to the end of May 2023. This gives you lots of options for Last Minute weddings Lancashire

We have broken the celebration down into constituent parts so you can opt for those you want or need and create your own day.

FAITH IN LOVE

(Available on its on Monday – Thursday only or any available date with other elements below) 

This includes

  1. Exclusive use of our Function suite & the use of our grounds for photography
  2. Red Carpet on arrival (weather permitting)
  3. A Ceremony in our beautiful Ceremony room or outdoors ( woodland dell, front lawn or garden terrace lawn)
  4. Chair covers and bows on aisle chairs to colour chosen by you
  5. A Celebratory drink of Pimms or Bucks Fizz ( upgrade to a cocktail or bottled beer for an extra £3pp )  & some canapes served to up to 50 people whilst you & your guests enjoy your photography

Cost £695* extra guest £12pp

*If taken on its own your ceremony must be between 12noon -3pm to allow time for photography before end at 5pm latest

CELEBRATE THE LOVE

This includes

  1. Exclusive use of the Hall & grounds from 12-6pm
  2. a Wedding Breakfast – either 3 course or a Traditional Afternoon Tea ( with all the vintage crockery) 
  3. a glass of Prosecco for the Toast
  4. a choice of table centres
  5. in the main function room – our chair covers or chair caps, bows on chairs , cutlery, crockery etc..
  6. use of our sword for cutting the cake
  7. assistance with planning
  8. Wedding coordinator on site on the day to ensure all goes as planned

Cost – from £1500 for up to 50 guests on its own or £1000 if taken with Faith in Love Ceremony. Extra guests £40pp ( Saturdays £1750)

LETS PARTY

This is an evening reception and can be taken with either or both of the above or on its own

It includes

  1. Exclusive use of the Hall & grounds from c7pm – midnight
  2. Light supper or mini fish & chip cones or burgers ( vegetarian etc alternatives available)
  3. Bows on reception chairs   for up to 80 people

Cost – for up to 80 people £2450 ( extra guests £19pp)

ALTERNATIVELY

HEART TO HEART

A more relaxed option for those who want to avoid formality and the hassle of a table plan! Numbers are up to 80 throughout (extra guest can be added)

  1. Exclusive use of the Hall & Grounds
  2. Canapes and a celebratory drink of Pimms, Bucks
    Fizz or mulled wine (winter) served to you and your guests whilst you enjoy your photography
    in the spacious grounds
  3. A Buffet of 2 Hot dishes, some finger foods, a Cheese board with crackers & fruit & some desserts served at c.7.30/8pm
  4. All the reception room tables will be gowned with
    table linen
  5. Bows on reception room chairs
  6. Our House Dj
  7. Our Garden terrace is festooned with fairy lights &
    lanterns
  8. Our staff will set out any décor you may have
  9. Master of Ceremonies service from our wedding
    Coordinator
  10. Use of sword for cake cutting ceremony

This new package in our selection has been created in response to discussion with today’s couples.

Have the elegance of a Ceremony either in our panelled Ceremony room or outside on our lawns & woodland * followed by a formal Wedding Breakfast & an Evening Reception

  1. Enjoy EXCLUSIVE use of the Hall & grounds from c 3pm with your ceremony taking place between 4-5pm
  2. Select a set 2 course Wedding Breakfast to be enjoyed by your guests from c 6/30pm. Our menus are freshly cooked & created from locally sourced ingredients
  3. Your guests will receive a “celebratory drink “of Bucks Fizz / Summer punch or Pimms served after the Ceremony whilst you enjoy the multitude of photography opportunities that the Hall & grounds offer. Then a glass of Prosecco for your Toast with the Wedding Breakfast
  4. Aisle chairs for your Ceremony and reception room chairs will have bows to your selected colour
  5. Following the Wedding Breakfast party the evening away with the help of our House DJ

The Price Of Special Offer Wedding Packages

To Have and to Hold package for up to 50 day and 100 night start at £5950 for dates October to December 2024. Extra day guests can be added at £42pp and evening guests at £10pp

All that Twinkles Package starts at £4600 for dates October 2024 – end of January 2025. With additional guest at £19pp

As you will note when looking at suppliers the cost of the cars, cake, photographer is substantial! Add a bolt on package with Ceiling drapes, a choice of our table centres, cake , choice of car & photographer( examples below) from £1100! **limited dates

If you are looking for an event venue Lancashire Heskin Hall has lots of options for you. From large Conferences and events for staff or business connections to small business meetings, we can help you plan and arrange a successful event

As a venue for any event there are few places that can match its charm and historical ambience. The Hall has a very interesting history, details of which are available on our website.  It sits in 8 acres of combined lawns, woodland and car parking . At just 2.5 miles from J27 M6  it is easily accessible and central to most parts of the North West

A warm and friendly, family run establishment, Heskin Hall likes to offer you as many options as possible  and has a reputation for being just that little bit different.

Our Function suite features a  licensed bar and a large dining room with lots of interesting architectural features.  Terms are flexible and we have a policy of looking at every customer and their needs in the round. We have the capacity for large or small conference or meetings to indoor or outdoor events of varied types. This can make quoting more difficult but does open a lot more avenues. IN SHORT TALK TO US

Meeting Rooms

Starting with our smaller meeting room (some 10 – 50)  to larger capacity c140/150 we can arrange just the evet for you . From the hire of meeting rooms from c.£50 to day hire for meetings or conferences for example  with the usual catering of tea & coffee on arrival & twice in the day as well as lunch from £35pp. We have WiFi and can provide easel etc..  Break our facilities include our  dining room ,  Tea Garden and Antiques centre .

Outdoor Events

Do you want somewhere to hold an outdoor event? Perhaps this may  involve a Marquee, Tipi or other temporary structure? Maybe outdoor break out activities? Then we can offer you lots of space on our lawns.  Exclusive hire of the Hall & grounds for is available for Corporate & private events.  We can offer catering option as well if you like.
